CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Learning & Development
Overview

The CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Learning & Development is ideal if you're looking to progress to an L&D management position or build on your existing L&D management skills.

It's also the best way to continue your professional development if you've studied L&D at Level 3.

By studying L&D with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the largest HR and Development professional body in Europe, you'll be developing your skills and career options while you learn to do the same for others.

The course is highly practical, giving you skills you'll be able to use at work from day one. You'll learn to understand Learning and Development within the context of the entire organisation, and how to use metrics to build business cases for L&D. You'll be able to take on L&D management roles, and implement coaching and mentoring for both individuals and groups.

Once you've completed your course, you'll automatically become an Associate Member of the CIPD.

  • 92% of ICS Learn graduates end up working in HR.
