LLM International Trade and Commercial Law
Overview

This LLM International Trade and Commercial Law course will provide an in-depth understanding of areas of law such as law of the World Trade Organisation, international competition law, international sales of goods, legal research skills and methods, international carriage of goods, private international law, intellectual property law and international commercial dispute resolution. The programme also provides students an opportunity to undertake their own original research by submitting a 60-credit dissertation.

This programme is aimed at a wide range of legal and non-legal professionals who want to progress to a high-level career in international law firms, multinational companies, governmental/non-governmental organisations and many more. Qualified solicitors or barristers will also be able to use the skills and knowledge gained from studying the course to meet their annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.

Description

Delivered 100% online and part-time, this programme is also assignment based which means that there are no exams to sit. All of our students will receive access to a cutting-edge virtual learning platform where they can access core learning materials, lectures and seminars as well as interact with tutors and other students. The course is assessed entirely by written coursework, which means that there are no exams to sit. Students will also benefit from being able to find out their provisional marks from the beginning of the course, which helps to evaluate their study approach and identify the areas to improve.


Our fees are the same for all students, and anyone will receive a 10% discount if they pay the annual tuition or course fee payment up-front. Postgraduate students who are UK or EU nationals living in England are also eligible for a government-backed student loan.
