PG Dip International Trade and Commercial Law

Our PG Dip International Trade and Commercial Law course is developed by industry and subject leaders and is aimed to develop the knowledge from the PG Cert course.

This programme provides an in-depth understanding of law subjects such as law of the World Trade Organisation, international competition law, international sales of goods, legal research skills and methods, international carriage of goods, private international law, intellectual property law and international commercial dispute resolution.

This programme is aimed at a wide range of legal and non-legal professionals who want to progress to a high-level career in international law firms, multinational companies, governmental/non-governmental organisations and many more. Qualified solicitors or barristers will also be able to use the skills and knowledge gained from studying the course to meet their annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.


This programme is delivered 100% online and part-time providing students with the flexibility to fit their studies around work and other commitments. All of our students will receive access to a cutting-edge virtual learning platform where they can access core learning materials, lectures and seminars as well as interact with tutors and other students. The course is assessed entirely by written coursework, which means that there are no exams to sit. Students will also benefit from being able to find out their provisional marks from the beginning of the course, which helps to evaluate their study approach and identify the areas to improve.
